Course Description - This course provides an introduction to conducting workplace job safety risk assessments.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
- Develop a safety risk assessment by identifying job stages, hazards associated with job stages, and the risks and ratings of the risks associated with the hazards.
- Develop safety controls for the risks using standard control techniques. The strategies and risk assessment tool from this course can then be utilized by students at their workplace.
- This will help orgaisations meet their OHS obligations in safety risk management.
