Course Description - This course provides Supervisors/Frontline Managers with an understanding of OHS principles and an understanding of techniques for implementation of OHS practices.
On Sucessful completion of this course participants will be able to:
- Effectively increase profits
- Explain the responsibilities of employers and employees under relevant OHS legislation
- Comply with business policy
- Explain methods of motivating employees
- Influence persons to change their behaviour
- Identify and manage all necessary documentation
- List and describe the key principles of effective OHS Risk Management
- Create an action plan for implementation of OHS objectives
